*Anyone attending any portion of the NYCCT 67^th Annual Conference on Nov. 5 - 6, 2021, will need to supply evidence of a completed vaccination (at least 14 days beyond the last vaccine) or a negative COVID-19 test (PCR test administered within 72 hours of the event). This also includes the Friday, Nov. 5 Awards Reception and Banquet.

*PLEASE NOTE*

If you are registering for the FULL conference, both Friday and Saturday at $575 - the Awards Reception & Banquet is included in this price - there is no need to pay an additional $50

If you are registering for JUST the Friday conference at $300, the Awards Reception and Banquet is included in this price - there is no need to pay an additional $50
